Buckwheat coconut dish with Black Garlic

You need:

1 dl raw buckwheat
2 dl water
1 dl lighter coconut milk
4 cloves Black Garlic
1-2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
some (coconut) oil


Heat some oil on a pan. Add the buckwheat and roast it for 2-3 minutes while occasionally stirring it. Pour 2 dl of water on it, let it boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. If the water has absorbed into buckwheat, add coconut milk and let it absorb too. Press Black Garlic cloves to the mixture, blend and heat for a while. Finally, add sesame seeds that have been roasted on a dry pan. Serve with roasted or steamed vegetable or with fresh salad. Pestos (e.g. rocola pesto) also fit well with this dish.
