Black garlic, buckwheat and banana breakfast mousse

You  need:

  • 150 ml raw buckwheat
  • 2 bananas
  • 4–6 cloves of Black Garlic or Black Garlic paste
  • a few dates or a little of raisins
  • preferably slightly fatty milk, sesame seeds, flavored yeast and/or
  • quark

Preparation

Soak raw buckwheat for at least six hours. Put raw buckwheat, peeled bananas, dates or raisins and black garlic (as well as any possible additives) in a blender and crush and mix thoroughly.

The cooked cream resembles a curd-chocolate pudding and has a long and deep aftertaste. A nutritious and energizing smoothie is a great healthy start to the day.
