Black Garlic Butter

You need:

150 g farm butter
3 cloves of black garlic
Himalayan salt on a knife tip

Preparation method:

There are two ways to make butter. If you want the garlic pieces to remain in the butter, press the garlic into the warm butter with a garlic press, mix and season with salt. If you want the black garlic to mix evenly with the butter, whisk the room-temperature butter with the garlic cloves and salt until smooth. Keep cold.
