Die Eier aufschlagen und mit den Mehlsorten in den H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se mischen. Mit Gew\u00fcrzsalz abschmecken. Die H\u00fcttenk\u00e4semischung fein auf ein mit Backpapier bedecktes Blech streichen und bei 180 Grad 15 Minuten backen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Das Tomatenmark auf den gebackenen Boden geben und Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die Zwiebel, die Kirschtomaten und den ger\u00e4ucherten Schinken und m\u00f6glichst feine Streifen schneiden. Die Zwiebel, die Kitschtomaten, den Schicken und den zerst\u00fcckelten Schwarzen Knoblauch auf dem Boden verteilen und 10 Minuten im Ofen backen. Danach den Reibk\u00e4se dr\u00fcberstreuen und bei 200 Grad nochmal 10 Minuten backen.
